By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

30-Day Exchange & Return Policy

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, or not in love etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved then you can return the Product to us with the order number on the packaging(The order number is very important on

the packaging, because we need to return your money accroding the correct order number). Of course we will be sending a replacement if you accept this way( just please tell us what new models you need). Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.

G-Wolves reserves the right to refuse any return request, if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.

Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and cost of packaging($30) for returning your item(Unless the product quality has problems).

Return & Exchange Service Procedure:

1.Please login to your G-Wolves Shop account and locate the order you are not satisfied with.

2.Please contact G-Wolves support. Please select the service type, either an Exchange or Refund. Describe the issues that have caused the need for a refund/exchange. For damaged/defective mouse, pictures and videos are also necessary.

3.Once we received your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue with 24-48 hours

(48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from us prior to chasing us up as it might have gone into this folder. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service representative.

My goods were damaged on arrival. What can I do?

We will take full responsibility for Damaged goods problems and we can remake totally free or offer a full refund.

Please contact us immediately, and provide us with your order number, along with pictures of the damaged item.

The product received are not what I ordered!

We will take full responsibility if we have not fulfilled your order according to your order details: prescription. If the prescription is incorrect, please send us a photo of your original prescription, along with the order number. If you received the wrong goods, please send us a photo of it, along with your order number.

I received Mouse with missing parts or defects.

If you received goods with missing parts, please send us a photo, along with your order number.

If your goods have defects, please send us photos of defects, along with your order number.

If you are missing parts or the goods have little defects that will not affect normal use, and you'd like to accept the goods. we can send you a voucher or partial-refund as compensation.

The goods are broken after use less than 30 days.

If your goods are subsequently faulty due to the workmanship/quality of the materials within 30 days of receiving them,a new goods will be remade and resent to you at no additional cost to you. Or alternatively we can send you a discount code to put towards the purchase of new goods and include free shipping with G-Wolves.


The mouse size is too big for me, so I can not use them.

Working out the right size is a common issue when purchasing goods online. Measure your hands to confirm the mouse size, and contact us within 30 days of receiving these original mouse. Please just send them back to us or exchange new item for you.Just please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  2. The complete original packaging box is required when returning the goods so as not to affect our secondary sales, otherwise you need to pay an additional $10 service fee.

  4. Please note the goods size is manual measurement may have an error within 1-3mm.
